Is The Preserve an age-restricted or 55+ community?
No. The Preserve is not a legally age-restricted (HOPA) community. It is open to buyers of any age who value single-level, low-maintenance living. We use terms like 'age-friendly,' 'future-ready,' and 'zero-entry' to describe the design — not age limits.
What does the HOA cover?
The HOA maintains all lawn care (mowing, edging, fertilization, cleanup) and snow removal (driveways, walkways, ice treatment) year-round. Homeowners are responsible for interior maintenance and any personal landscaping choices within their unit's private outdoor space.
Are pets allowed?
Pet policies are determined by the HOA bylaws. Contact the listing agent or builder for the current pet policy, including any breed or size restrictions.
Can I customize finishes or colors?
For homes under construction, some finish selections may be customizable depending on the build stage. For completed homes, finishes are as-is. Ask about available options when you schedule your tour.

No — these are true single-level homes. All 1,754 finished square feet are on one level. Each unit includes a 5' x 12' insulated storage room off the patio for additional storage needs.
What are the property taxes like?
Property taxes are based on the assessed value and Pierce County tax rates. For a home priced around $510,000, you can estimate taxes by contacting the Pierce County assessor or asking the listing agent for a tax estimate.
Are the homes wheelchair accessible?
The homes feature zero-entry access and 36-inch doorways, which meet common accessibility standards. However, individual needs vary. We recommend touring the home to verify it meets your specific accessibility requirements.
